Whether you raise £10 or £1000, we’re so glad you can join in! Here are a few ideas to inspire you!

Move

Walk and talk. Run. Swim. Cycle. Set yourself a challenging distance, ask friends to sponsor you, or join along. You could even have a good old chat on the way!

Eat

BBQ Lunch. Curry Night. Coffee morning?

Are you the master of the BBQ? Or you've got that tikka masala recipe to perfection? Maybe you're a star baker.

You could host friends for a meal, or even a cake sale at work, and request a donation to the campaign. If you'd like to show more about the men's mental health campaign we have conversation cards with topics to get people talking.

Laugh

We highly recommend hobbies and laughter to boost your mood and mental wellbeing. A games night, with a suggested donation is a great way to introduce friends to the Men's mental health campaign, and to have fun along the way.
